NOTICE OF ELECTION TO THE SCHOOL BOARD
Dear parents,
For the first time, the founder is setting up an 11-member school board at our school under the new Act No. 321/2025 Coll. on School Administration. Parents are represented on the board and elect 4 representatives by secret ballot. Only a parent or legal guardian whose child is currently studying in at least one of the school's arts departments may be elected to the board for the parents' category.
Date and place of the election: 10 June 2026 in the school building (concert hall) in Veľké Uherce, in the Jednota building, first floor.

The first round will take place at 16:30.

If more than half of the school's parents are not present, a second round will take place on the same day at 17:30 in the same place. In the second round, the requirement for more than half to be present no longer applies.

If not enough eligible candidates attend the second round in person, the election for the parents' category will be repeated on 29 June 2026 at the end of year staff meeting, where representatives for the staff category will also be elected.
Nominations: please send proposals for parent candidates (with the consent of the person nominated) by email to skola@arsakademy.sk by 5 June 2026.
